Dr. Batson joined East El Paso Animal Hospital after graduating from Midwestern University in May 2024. Her professional interests include primary care, urgent care, and surgery, and she looks forward to expanding her expertise to include exotic pets as her career continues to grow.
Returning to East El Paso Animal Hospital was a natural choice for Dr. Batson. Having previously considered the hospital her home clinic, she was excited for the opportunity to come back and serve the community that helped shape her passion for veterinary medicine. Since joining the team, she has enjoyed working with a diverse caseload and credits the experience with helping her develop quickly as a veterinarian.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Batson and her husband share their home with four dogs and three cats. Among them is Redford, her beloved tripod dog and constant companion, who holds a special place in her heart.
