About East El Paso Animal Hospital
Our hospital was founded in 1986 by Dr. Orlando Garza. Our ultimate goal is providing compassionate, quality care to the El Paso community and surrounding areas.

East El Paso Animal Hospital provides exceptional patient care, meeting our clients’ expectations, wants, and needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner. We strive to be the absolute best workplace veterinary medicine provider and client service in the southwest.
About Our Animal Hospital
The current facility was built in 2015 to include a large and comfortable waiting room, 5 treatment rooms, and 2 surgical rooms. We offer boarding services with various-sized runs and cages for smaller breeds. The hospital is also home to the East El Paso Grooming Parlor, for a one-stop-shop convenience to our clients.
We offer extended evening hours, from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and are open every Saturday and Sunday (excluding major holidays) to accommodate boarding pick up and drop offs, as well as food and medication pick up. Currently, we have no veterinarian on staff Saturday and Sunday due to a professional staff shortage. We are working hard to welcome new and excellent veterinarians to our team! Veterinary Technology
Technology has improved medical practices not only in human medicine but in veterinary medicine as well. Now, devices used solely on humans are used on animals for better, more secure, and accurate diagnostics, easily accessible information, and minimally invasive procedures. Staying up to date with technology is something we strive for here at East El Paso Animal Hospital because we know it goes hand in hand with providing better care for your pets.
Some of our latest additions and most advanced technology include a CT machine, endoscopy, laser surgery, laser treatment and therapy, digital x-rays, and a telemedicine platform offering On-Call Care! Our newest addition is our client app, which makes keeping up with your pet’s health a breeze! Check it out here. We are also offering a new and convenient mobile check-in that opens up an open line of communication between the client and staff and provides up-to-date information on the status of your visit!
