East El Paso Animal Hospital is proud to provide El Paso and the surrounding communities with boarding services. We ensure your pets are well cared for, from short-term to extended stays! We practice the highest standards of care and cleanliness for patients staying with us. We know it takes a lot of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so we want to assure you that we are professional, highly trained, and, most of all, we love pets.

Care

With veterinary technicians and veterinarians closeby, in case of any emergency, your furry friends can be seen and treated immediately with your consent. If there are any special requirements for your pet, please let us know so we can accommodate them. Our patients are always fed according to owner instructions, and clean, fresh water is always available.

Runs

Most of our boarding runs and cages are in a high-traffic area, so your pets never go neglected and will always be loved. If you have a shy pet or one that prefers quiet, more serene runs and cages are available, as well as extra large runs for more space or larger breeds.

Large run: 6ft x 3ft

XL Run: 6ft x 4ft 7in

Cage (for small dogs and cats): 2 ft 5in x 2ft 5in

What to Expect

Please arrive early on the day of your pet’s boarding, especially for first-time clients. You may bring your pet’s bedding, toys, and anything that might make them feel more at home with us. We encourage pet owners to bring their pet’s daily food so that there is no diet change or added stress to their digestion. Our boarding policies allow you to leave emergency contacts, vaccination, and medical illness instructions.

Our boarding technicians take pets out twice daily for a brief walk. Their runs and cages are cleaned and sanitized twice daily to ensure a healthy, happy pet.

Check In & Check Out

Check In Monday – Sunday:

Any time during open hours. Charges will incur beginning with the day of drop off.

Check Out Monday – Saturday:

pick up prior to 10:00 am to prevent charges for the day.

Check Out Sunday:

Prior to 12:00 pm to prevent charges for the day.

Boarding for Cats

Boarding for felines is also available! Located in a different area than our boarding K-9s, our boarded felines are in a quiet location where they can rest and relax.

Our goal is to provide your pet with the best quality of care while they are with us. We promise to look after every pet as if they were our own and treat them with the respect and loving care they deserve.
